My ex became heavily dependant on them and took them for about ten years (they're supposed to be a short term drug for insomnia). There were times when he took a dozen of the high strength ones at a time. He totally lost his short term memory - which made me end up wanting to kill him as I got so sick of having the same conversations with him a hundred times a day - and it affected his personality too.

All that said, I still have a stash and take one once or twice a year when I get a killer migraine, and they sort me out right good. They're too much fun to take, that's the problem with them...
