i'm bored outta my skull
I'm translating a bunch of names into English from Italian for a client.

It's dull, I don't speak Italian - and I'm not even a translator

or google translate?
(, Sun 20 Sep 2009, 21:13, Reply)
not that simple
I'm only doing it so we actually make some profit, and these are massive clients for us
(, Sun 20 Sep 2009, 21:15, Reply)
are you a lawer?

(, Sun 20 Sep 2009, 21:19, Reply)

(, Sun 20 Sep 2009, 21:23, Reply)
tough work
i must say.

we've been lucky really, got a few stable clients without any major advertising, plus this big contract which throws 1000s of words our way every week, so we're doing OK so far

good!
My work gets most of its buisness through its website
(, Sun 20 Sep 2009, 21:27, Reply)
same
we tried advertising through specialist websites, and also the Spanish Yellow Pages, but its mostly site traffice and word of mouth.

This weekend,
a guy came into my shop and tried to use a fake american express card. I convinced him to hang around long enough for the fuzz to arrive to nick him. Normally they leg it. I also had a bad experience with a PSCO, but thats a different story all together.
