I'd suggest checking on ebayand also paypal (I assume that was how you paid).
I believe someone here posted something about rights on buying from places like this - basically it's more or less similar to buying from a shop, and you should be covered for returns and refunds, IIRC.

Didn't pay through paypal Im afraid.He's a registered business though so I am presuming if its fucked it should be sorted at no cost to me.
