I still got up at my usual time. But then again, having gotten up at this time yesterday to go on my walk, I've not broken my rhythm.

that you got up because you wanted to, not because you had to.
It makes all the difference. I get up early when I'm away on holiday, to make the most of the day. In fact, I seem to do more when I'm on holiday than when I'm at work. Must be a motivational thing!

I find that when at work, an impending lunch-break or end-of-day perks me up and inspires me to do more work. Even though I was looking forward to lunch, my perkiness makes me finish off what I was doing before I head off.

I find that helps wake me up a bit. Even though I can sometimes not be bothered with the exercise, once I've started it's great.
Otherwise I'd just sit about on my arse on B3ta all day.

weeblaireau isn't going to nursery today on account of having a lurgy. i think it may be the lurgy borealis but i'm not sure.
