I like them strong and creamy, I can get over the nasty smell by the amazing taste.I dint know the name of my fave, as you can only get it in proooet cheeserys, but from the supermarket it's "piè de anglois", or a blue Brie, or that saint something. Bluestix is good too. I also like nutty ones like emintile.
Only cheese I think I think is a waste of time is mild chedder, which seems to be standard for things like burgers and pre packed sandwiches over here.
