I've just mother fucking roasted a chicken ! Oh BOY, I got a fresh baggette, some nice blue brie*, and verious rellishes and some salad bits.

Oh MAN, I'm totally going to have a sandwich for dinner, and oh baby, I can't wait.

I quite like feta, but I've only had it in pasta salad so I'm not quite sure how I'd like it plain

I like them strong and creamy, I can get over the nasty smell by the amazing taste.
I dint know the name of my fave, as you can only get it in proooet cheeserys, but from the supermarket it's "piè de anglois", or a blue Brie, or that saint something. Bluestix is good too. I also like nutty ones like emintile.

Only cheese I think I think is a waste of time is mild chedder, which seems to be standard for things like burgers and pre packed sandwiches over here.

egg fried rice
with thin slices of beef, marinated in soy sauce, fish sauce, chilli and garlic, quickly seared and stir fried veg in a sauce of the marinade thickened up
