Things are looking up!
I managed a whole evening of not feeling sorry for myself due to after-effects of pig flu and departure of Kermit for pastures new (Kuala Lumpur FFS).

I am ready now to hit the Steel City Beer/Music festival which starts tonight. Hooray!

I haven't been to Sheffield for about 5 years
I had some really good times there. Nearly went to uni there but did three months and got homesick!

but Kuala Lumpur is a fucking awesome city. I lived there for four months and I'd go back in a flash.

A touch of schadenfreude...
They have taken him to a different school to the one he was expecting. It is half an hour outside KL in the middle of nowhere and is still half built. There is a multinational team of teachers and only 15 pupils so far.
