Just a bit of practice will eliminate 3.Adjust the pins very gently and listen/feel for tremelo between the notes. After a couple of weeks you'll wonder why you had such problems with it.
Either that or the neck's bent. Check by looking straight down the edge from the head to the body with one eye. You'll definitely be able to see if it's bent.

Neck isn't looking bent from here o.OI'll just have to tune it very thoroughly and hope for the best - once I've got it tuned, it will all improve... right?
