Round about the time of a new moon
that wouldn't really be much of a hardship! It's just gone full moon at the moment though.

It must be a right bugger if you have to fast for religious reasons. Imagine being a Muslim in Finland or somewhere equally far north, on a year when Ramadan falls in summertime!

They don't have to fast
if it would threaten their health. Even Allah isn't that vengeful.
