Griddled T bone steakCooked rare (natch) with griddled onions and mushrooms. Sauce made by deglazing the griddle pan with half a glass of shiraz then reducing by half with the onions and mushrooms while the steak rested. Served with a hunk of rather nice crusty bread.
Vegetables are something that happens other people.
