The high levels in some animals livers such as dogs, or polar bears can kill you if eaten.

Only 2 types of snake are poisonous.
People often confuse venomous and poisonous.
The only 2 poisonous snakes are the Japanese Grass Snakes and Garter Snakes. Ie. If eaten they could kill/make you quite ill.
