If this doesn't work, try getting in safe mode. Back up your files (don't delete anything), then go for a clean install (formatting every drive possible - externals should be OK)

i would also recommend
trying a system restore, and once the virus is removed, using ccleaner to clean up the HD and the registry to remove any traces
