Parmos are a Northern delicacy. Primarily Middlesbrough,not sure how far they have spread.
It's a breaded pork escalope topped with bechemel sauce and cheese. Usually purchased from pizza shops, occasionally a classier version is available in restaurants.
Also available in chicken/"hotshot" varieties.
