I had stick insects when I was a wee nipper.They all died at pretty much the same time, and I didn't notice for days. I was probably neglecting them, now I come to think about it. Bugger.

Yay!They were our 'class pet' when I was year 3 at primary school! I remember thinking all the other girls were weird for squealing and running away. but ours all died around the same time too and they were really well looked after! Unlike our hamster...he just couldn't compete with the stick insects.
