My house rabbit recently died...she was cool, was bought up with a doberman puppy (my sisters) and as such would act like a dog...ie, she'd run over when you entered the room, jump up, lick you to death and generally be highly entertaining...now the point of this... I've just bought a baby rabbit...she's the same breed as the dear departed Flic and seeing as I don't have a dog to teach her to be funny, I'd like some tips on making her more of an interactive pet. She's currently spending all day hiding in her tube and only popping out to eat/crap.
Also, what is the best pet you've had...or what pet would you like?

yes, snails, when my kids were young. Snails make great pets and can do entertaining tricks.
In fact, my experimental snails made the front page of QOTW a while ago.

Because my dad used to stand on them in the mornings when he went outside. So I used to get up early and hide any I could find. I think they'd be good pets, they certainly seem friendly enough! :)

They all died at pretty much the same time, and I didn't notice for days. I was probably neglecting them, now I come to think about it. Bugger.

They were our 'class pet' when I was year 3 at primary school! I remember thinking all the other girls were weird for squealing and running away. but ours all died around the same time too and they were really well looked after! Unlike our hamster...he just couldn't compete with the stick insects.

A border collie, nutty as anything, smart as hell and she was my dog. Now sadly dead :(
I'd give anything to have her back.

if I ever win the lottery, I'll find a way to bring her back for you :(

Here she is, in all her evil glory. She was a moody, vicious little bugger with a nice line in tripping you up as you were putting the washing out, sitting up and digging her claws into your kneecaps when she wanted feeding, while fixing you with the "I'm so cute, I'd never hurt a fly" expression, and purring while doing so (in fairness, she purred constantly, except when sleeping). She would also wake you up by clawing the side of your bed and then climbing up to sleep on your chest.

he's a young tom-thug called Timmy. Weighs a ton already and loves to bounces off our old dogs when they're asleep. Scares the crap out of them.

I'm currently lamenting not being able to have any pets under this contract :(
