My little flat is ace
Although in (fairly dire) need of some *cough* cosmetic updating, buying it remains the only sensible thing I have ever done. Since I bought it, its value has more than doubled, leaving me free to rack up debts that would otherwise terrify me, or indeed anyone. Me and my fat cat live very well together and thought of having to share with anyone ever again is not a nice one.

My sister married into a multi-millionaire watercress farming family and is thus entirely mortgage free. However she's had some awful shit happen to her (kidnap, rape and subsequent HIV infection, anyone?) so am nothing but pleased for her. She's just happy to be living at all.

and i can understand your desire to chop up a few darkies by way of revenge.

On a stinkier note, as much as i love my 2 Maine Coon cats, their arse fur regularly grabs a hold of any excretia that isn't rock hard...They then become mobile shit spreaders and it really does my fucking tits in. The other morning i awoke, bleary eyed after 3 hours sleep to a collection of shit stains that i was i lucky not to stand in.
