because they all have fucking banana in them, and that revolts me.
Cheap frozen fruit, OJ, yoghurt and a blender are what you want.
I've taken to drinking green tea. Partly because it tastes good, but mostly because it's supposed to be really good for you

I could do that when I’m at home as somewhere in the cupboard I do have a blender… but at work I can’t be arsed, I just want the ‘cheat option’. You are right though, the one I’m drinking at the moment is strawberry and banana… its full of bits! :S

I'm trying to eat more fruit too. I'm not a fan of the texture of most fruit though, so I just eat loads of veg instead.

My issue is that I don’t like the texture of fruit and veg is grim, so I’m sort of screwed. I can only eat carrots and the occasional broccoli and rocket. Balls.

if you can manage broccoli then I'm sure you should be able to eat most stuff.
I've found that steaming veg makes it much tastier. that or roasting it.

See I prefer my veg crispy and less buggered to death in a pan... its probably because I'm shit at cooking it!! :(

use a steamer then. not for things like courgette, that would ming, but carrots, broccoli, cabbage, all that sort of stuff should be steamed for extra tastiness.

Maybe I should invest in a steamer then... god I hate feeling like a grown up... steamer shopping! :(
