A degree does nothing but stop your CV being instanting binned
the rest is up to you and your experience.

I don't have a degree, but it's never stopped me getting a job
I do seem to reach a glass ceiling though, so I'm going to have to start sucking off MDs

Degrees become irrelevant once you have experience
As an employer would rather have someone with academic experince or actual on the job experience?

Good plan for the glass ceiling, but you may want to brush up on your technique first.

I'm experienced in many fields and qualified in none
I'll take your advice to heart and begin practicing at once, I'll start off with chipolatas and work my way up to Kielbasa.
