I quite like
Lucy Porter ¬_¬

Reg D. Hunter was the last stand-up to have me in proper hysterics. I loved his routine on Fritzl. Shockingly enough I thought a couple of Stewart Lee's comedy vehicle were alright but on the whole it ended very badly.

For little known comics I'd recommend going back and checking out some of Jasper Carrot's early routines (70s/80s). He was a good story-based comedian.

My Dad had a couple of Carrott albums
They were hysterically brilliant, much like Connolly's original storytelling style. Much better than what he does now.

Like bloody Golden Balls
I *hate* that programme because it encourages people to cheat and lie. Nasty, nasty show.

"I did it for my kids."
Well done. You taught your kids to fuck over strangers and try to rationalise your behaviour afterwards. Scum etc.

Exactly
And then they all look uncomfortable while Jasper Carrott says goodbye.

Horrible programme.
