do yo have breville sandwich toasters in the us of a? I'm sure you remember them anyway. Well, last night for supper I made a duck confit and ginger marmalade toasty...
It just about blew my mind!
It was fucking astounding, it really was ;-)
it was like so awesome I'm gonna make some more duck confit next weekend just so I can make another toasty.

And yes, it has been a litle quiet here the last day or so, probably coz of the kerfuffle earlier in the week.

I only take home what I'm going to eat,
otherwise it's catch and release. I don't see the point in having a freezer stuffed full of trout when it's a hobby and can go catch it anytime.
