Wait til she sees the trailer for his new film. He looks and speaks like a mong

(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:30, Reply)
We're giving away free tickets to see it
at my work, want some?

It's probably a guarantee that the film is shit
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:31, Reply)
Thanks, but no
No time for films that look that rubbish and have no redeeming qualities.
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:34, Reply)
It's FREE

(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:34, Reply)
Time is not free

Yet you'd sit through all 3 LotR films in a row
wouldn't you?
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:46, Reply)
Not right now no. Another time, sure

what is his new film?
I saw a trailer for it, but instantly wiped it from memory
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:40, Reply)
Ah see again
I don't get it with Gerard Butler?!
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:30, Reply)
Me either. Never did, probably never will.

(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:32, Reply)
Jolly good
I'm glad its not just me!

Have you seen the trailer for Legion? It looks ace and Paul Bettany is all yummy-looking?
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:38, Reply)
you're married to DiT
so your taste is a bit suspect.
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:43, Reply)
Hehe
DiT is a hottie you mad man!

OOh I haven't. Just been watching a two car pile-up outside my flat. I'll find legion now

(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:46, Reply)
Scary stuff!!
Its ace, as is The Book of Eli... if you haven't seen the trailer for that either! :D
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:52, Reply)
Gary Oldman and Malcolm McDowell...can't really go wrong there
Haaaa, they're still shouting at each other as to who's fault it was. The fact that I heard his breaks screech for a good 2-3 seconds before the crunch indicates to me that it was his fault.
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:55, Reply)
Haha
Bloody losers!
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:00, Reply)
That looks like an awesome film.

(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:57, Reply)
I am very excited about it!!
I bloody love Denzel! :D
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:59, Reply)
Surely everyone loves Denzel
I can't think of a bad film I've seen with Denzel in. I would like to add that I haven't seen the remake of Pelham 123, and I'm going to keep it that way.
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:01, Reply)
See I think even that
could be good. :)

Favourite Denzel films include John Q and Man on Fire!

EDIT: Ooooh ooooh and The Hurricane!!
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:05, Reply)
And Fallen

(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:08, Reply)
Ooooh yeah
that is a wicked film... I need that on DVD actually!
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:08, Reply)
I have it somewhere. It's fantastic for the one scene where he passes through everyone
Like high speed diarrhoea
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:11, Reply)
Hehe
I never thought of it like that... I won't be able to watch that film again in the same way now! Haha
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:12, Reply)
I hadn't until just now
zings
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:17, Reply)
Hurrah, it's got Lucas Black in it
Paul Bettany is a bit hit and miss for me. I thought he was good in The secret life of bees, but he was the only really redeeming quality of that film.
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:52, Reply)
Hmmm
I haven't seen that film...

Paul Bettany's redeeming feature is that he tends to get his bum out in most films! :D
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 13:54, Reply)
It's really rather rubbish. It was trying to be a Fried green tomatoes female empowerment film with black people
but it failed
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:08, Reply)
Needs MOAR OPRAH

(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:08, Reply)
Ah I see
I'm not a fan of 'female empowerment' films... I find them to be a bit wanky. The closest I'd get to that sort of thing is The First Wives Club! Haha

There is a film out soon called 'Precious' which looks like it might fall under that sort of category!
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:11, Reply)
I dispise female empowerment films. If you have to look to a film to see where your own life is going wrong then there's really something seriously wrong
Haaaaa, I just looked up Precious. I think the tagline alone is enough for me:
Life is hard. Life is short. Life is painful. Life is rich. Life is....Precious.
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:19, Reply)
Exactly
Hahaha I hadn't seen the tagline... that's brilliant!

It really is a highly depressing trailer too.
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:22, Reply)
I couldn't bring myself to watch the trailer
Just reading the synopsis on IMDB was enough.
(, Mon 16 Nov 2009, 14:31, Reply)
Actually don't watch the trailer
You'll never get that 5 minutes back, its not worth it I tells ya!
