True.Grunge was awesome, Uni grants were great. I lived in Norn Iron though so none of the big grunge bands ever really played there. But hey, if they were big grunge bands they, like, totally sold out, man, sucking corporate cock, etc.

I missed Nirvana in Dunloghaire (sp?) who were touring with a band who's name escapes me.We got to the gig late just as Nirvana were finished. This was just before they were famous.
Edit - just realised this is Dublin and not in the north.
