My mate left me her spare copy and went to France for 3 years.
It remained unwatched on her return

Watch that and then watch La Haine.

It's just stubbornness
It would likely be right up my street. It's been too long. I might have to wait until I'm on my deathbed.

Can I chop you up with a chainsaw to get you to your deathbed please?
You'd REALLY appreciate it then!

You're an evil fucker

That's my point, you wont see just how delicious it is until I inflict some pain upon you or you watch the film
Personally I'd go for watching the film, but it's up to you really.

I'd probably go for the former.

Never really liked La Haine
a bit plodding...

Try Seul Contre Tous (I Stand Alone) by Gasper Noe

I think I have a copy of that somewhere. I'll give it a go once my exams are over.

It may be best to watch Carne first,
it sets the scene for the second film, but isn't completely necessary.

But one to watch out for, and i am anticipating greatly, is the new Gasper Noe film, "Enter the Void", which a psychedelic, DMT soaked, eye popping spectacle of a film. Deffo one to catch in the cinema
