Is this some sort of hack to all sorts of illegal shenanigans? If yes, please explain - for research purposes only of course. (The Pete 'Paedo' Townsend Defense as it is more commonly known.)

Its not illegalbut I won't lie to you, it is an enabler to making and playing backups which mean you could technically use it to be naughty. But I never would, because I have a halo up my arse honest.
