- Being finacialy stable.
- Being able to properly look after it.
* that's the reason I want a place at all, esspeicaly with a garden.

Green spaceYou're spot on re the garden. We have a yard that's roughly the same size as my phone. hopefully moving to a house with greenery next year though. One step closer to Jack Russel or beagle goodness!
