It's hardly like thatbut none of the wedding ceremonies for Sikhs, Buddhists, Muslims, Jewish people, Zoroastrians, Shintoist etc traditionally have the exchange of rings as part of the ceremony - unlike Christians from whom it's a pivotal focal point of the marriage rites.
Thus a non-Christian not wearing a wedding ring is as unremarkable as, say, a white Geordie not wearing a turban...

Well fuck meI'd genuinely no idea *stands corrected*
I've many friends of all faiths and only those from Christian families sport wedding rings. I still maintain that they're not the norm for other religions, though - I never said they were unheard of.
