I've heard there are some fucking awful local bandsthat go round playing all this bluesy crap. I heard there was this one band where the guitarist keeps gurning mentally every time he plays a solo, which is most of the time as his beard keeps him stuck to the front of the stage like air velcro.

too fucking rightthere are or were some really quite good local bands. Unfortunately they all seem to have disappeared leaving just mine. It's a sad time for the Exeter music scene
