From most places that do
bodybuilding suppliments. It comes in 20mg tablets and I usually take about 4. I come up about 20 mins later and the effect is rather nice and clean.

It also has a "side effect" that it helps other drugs get your system easier. My friend accidentally took some k whilst on 2 tablets of EPH and was gone for ages 2-3 hours longer than normal. I used 5 tablets and took a huge line of k, it lasted fucking hours, still tripping hard after 4 hours!, and was one of the most intense things I have experienced.

Speed, base and coke just make me tired. Although I have never had coke below 80%

Yes it is,
I had a large pill case full of the stuff and just felt tired still. The only thing in speed that keeps me going is the glucose it is mixed with but it has to be a 1:1 mixture and I need alot of it.
