Simple stuff
I've started to get more into cooking over the last few months, but I am utterly lacking in equipment.

I've asked for a mortar & pestle, a wide bottomed wok, a braising pan, a good knife, and a hand blender.

Then in the new year I hope to buy a massive slow cooker, as the one I've got at the moment isn't the best, too small for some cracking recipes I've managed to get my hands on.

make sure you get a granite pestle and mortar
