Man, just think of the sauces I could make in one of those 4" pans !I could make a thick 2-egg omlette, you could never make a thick 2-egg omlette in a regular sized pan.

That sounds awesomeand you could add bacon and cheese, but not mushroom because that's never as nice as you think it's going to be.
