I'm a woman, but I don't like jewellery, flowers, cosmetics... I always find that buying for boys is a lot easier than for girls.

However, I've heard that jewellery is always right for normal women, so a nice set or earrings and bracelet should be perfect. Depending on how much money you want to spend.

local independant jewellers are generally best in my experience
nicer stuff for a bit less money.

make sure it's not some shitty old-fashioned one though. modern jewellers are quite good though.

I've spent a fair amount of time in them recently, setting wheels in motion

In a wee town such as this there are 2 old-fashioned types. Might be better of with Argos but I'm gonna pop in to these jewellers today and tell them what is going down...
