Oo, oo, I know! *waves arm in air*If you're worried about rampant breeding but don't want to embark on a mass sterisiation project, let's just stop all fertility treatments. Ban IVF. Withdraw Clomid. Abolish Early Pregnancy Clinics. I bet it'd go some ways to evening out the numbers nicely.

Ban "free" IVFWithout a valid licence, the NHS or at least our local trust has pretty much banned it already.
