you actually can't get your learner's permit until 15 and 6 months in Virginiaand I think it's just wrong that your legal age is 16, maybe it's because I've grown up here but the idea of sleeping with a 16 year old is just gross.

I can see what you mean, I feel the same way about 14 year olds, which is the age for a lot of mainland europe.I think there should be some sort of buffer, a 16 year old and a 15 year old isn't that big of a deal, a 30 year old and a 15/16 year old is.
