Slightly essential. If it's curly (tight curls or afro like) don't go for a fringe, but sometimes even if the hair is slightly curly fringes look nice. I love a full frontal one, but side is good.

Also, age. You can't have a young haircut when you're 50. It's WEIRD. Or a fringe.

This photo is about a year old but the haircut is pretty much the same (maybe slightly shorter at the moment):



I'd say my hair is fairly straight but curls a little at the end.
And I'm 24, just.

Grow it longer
Very low maintenance - get up, throw head back, hair is done.

If it were that long, the only way I could imagine it being low maintenance would be if it were kinda skanky and that's not the look I'm going for.
