Yesterday I put up my tree at last, and tonight I've tackled the flat-pack wardrobe that's been leaning against the wall for a week.

a VERY fine 18yo first cask single highland malt whisky.

I'm not a great lover of whisky, but I love me some Baileys.
Got nicely buzzy on a fair few shots Friday night, and am eyeing up a nice bottle of white for tonight, to go with my sausages.

The flatpack took up my time from about 5.30 till 8 :(
Flatmate took his toolkit with him when he moved out, so I was assembling it with a blunt butter knife, the crap cross-head screwdriver from my Swiss army knife, and a lot of cursing!

I just had home made egg'n'chips.
Seriously, there isn't much out there that makes me close my eyes in a "Oh god, that's good" way, but this is one of those things.

I had birds-eye steak and chips last night, that I've got to write up, these home made chips are amazing. I would seriously prefer them to lobster and claridges.

And I fell in love with a girl at the hospital today, again. Every time I go there, I meet someone I want to marry.

I have eggs in my fridge courtesy of a kind soul who brought me various items of food.
No chips though :( and the thought of steak is making my mouth water!

I've heard tell of their loveliness
and videos on youtube aren't helping! I went to see Flatmate in his new place at the weekend because it was his birthday and his mum encouraged me further as she used to keep them, too (his sister accidentally burned hers to death by resting her fag too near to its cage, apparently).
