I put a chicken breast in a sandwich bag, added soy sauce, minced garlic (about 2 teaspoons), crushed red peppers, seasoned pepper and mixed it all up in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
I then cooked it on a medium heat around 8 minutes each side.
Result in reply!

Is to use the griddle to seal it and give it some coulour ona nice high heat, then pop it in the oven to cook through.
I like the sandwich bag marinade, this may be used at a later date.

any kind of meat or fish.
Occassionally I'll freeze a chicken tit in the marinade, once it's defrosted the flavour has gone all the way through.
