I think I would do chicken, my insides can't always take things like lamb. Once in a while is fine, but I've already had a red-meat meal this week.
Do you do your own taziki and flatbread?

I do my tzatziki because I don't like cucumber
so get greek yoghurt, add lemon juice and zest, dill and garlic to taste

I have a really easy flatbread recipe, if you have a food mixer thing.
cup and half of white flour, pinch of salt, drizzle in tbsp of olive oil while whizzing in the food processor, then drizzle in half a cup of water.

roll really thin and griddle.

I think those are the right proportions. can't find the recipe online at the moment.

I need to get my hands on Food Processor, haven't got one.
I don't really do 'baking', like bread or cakes, except my Lemon Lucious Cake, which is awesome.

That all sounds simple enough, definatly doo'able, just not tonight though.

get a magimix
none of the others are as good. they aren't cheap, but the motor in mine is something like 12 times as powerful as most, and is direct drive, rather than a belt. has a lifetime guarantee on the motor.

I don't do baking either, but flatbread is fucking awesome, and you can't really buy any decent stuff in the supermarkets near me.

my mrs bakes. the lemon drizzle cake recipe she uses is the best cake I've ever had.
