it's called 'Docklands'also the Bow Quarter development (in the old Bryant & May match factory) down the road from me is the same - concierge service, gym etc all in the building...
There are business premises with the same shit nowadays - some of the big corporate firms have launderettes, restaurants and gyms on site so the poor cunts who work there never have an excuse to go home...
