And, conversely, the NHS is trivialising POTENTIALLY FATAL OVERDOSES.When Catface picked up his prescription they'd mistakenly given him meds that were twice as strong as usual. That stuff is toxic - fatally so - at too high a dose. I took it back for him today cos he's at work. The pharmacist showed me the original prescription and said "See! Three tablets daily." I said "aye, but at half the strength you gave him". The pharmacist merely did an eyeroll and a weary sigh and swapped the medication.
I should just have stuck a penny in Catface's throat and thrown him out the window.
