Sweary Junior was staying at his grandparents last night. The missus rang them before to see how they were and say she'll be around shortly.
Apparently SJ is at death's door and has a doctor's appointment later today. He's got this hole in his ear which has been bleeding all night so he needs urgent medical attention for it.
It's a spot. That he's picked until it bled. But try telling them that.

Then I realised it's cause I drunkenly shaved my legs the night before and gave myself a massive fucking cut.

When Catface picked up his prescription they'd mistakenly given him meds that were twice as strong as usual. That stuff is toxic - fatally so - at too high a dose. I took it back for him today cos he's at work. The pharmacist showed me the original prescription and said "See! Three tablets daily." I said "aye, but at half the strength you gave him". The pharmacist merely did an eyeroll and a weary sigh and swapped the medication.
I should just have stuck a penny in Catface's throat and thrown him out the window.
