mine turns over 1.5 million a year and cost about 15k. You're best off engaging an agency to handle your Google Adwords and SEO as well - you'll never be able to properly stay on top of it yourself, and could waste quite a lot of money getting it settled down, too.

Well, well worth the expenditure though. Utterly essential.
