I was kind of being a little bit sarcasticin reference to our favourite anti banking citizen smith b3tan you likes to go and deliberately get tickets so he can appeal them becuase speeding laws are bad and speed doesn't kill people at all.

the laws are fine mostlyapart from some of the 30 zones near here. there is no reason for them to be 30 at all.
