I'm gonna stay at my mum's tonight. And she IS a penguin.

Em, a penguin? Have you gone t'mental?
I actually left the house today. It was well exciting, if a bit nippy. -14 here overnight.

Woah!
-14??? Where the hell are you?
And my mum is a penguin. She always has been. One of my earliest memories is her 21st birthday (she's 50 today) and my uncle had cut out the penguin from the biscuit wrapper and stuck it to her card.

We have a penguin festival in Liverpool at the mo and I took a photo of one wearing a dickie bow and captioned it "Care to dance, madam?" and I bet she thought about it.

South of Scotland
They build us to cope with it though.

And that story doesn't make what you said sound any less mental, but it also sounds like a pretty good explanation.

Oh yeah, you lot are hardy
