grand idea...I've never made sauce before, this could get interesting...

Many a time I've over-cooked the sauce and ended up with spaghetti & scrambled egg :( Bolognese is a piece of piss though, and always tastes better re-heated. Plus it's ageless scoff - not too childish and not too grown up. I'll gaz you a recipe if you like?

fry bacon or pancetta till crispy
soften onion and garlic in bacon oil
mix 50g parmesan with 3 eggs, shitload of parsley and a dick-load of pepper. beat together
cook pasta (slightly al dente)
once pasta is cooked add to pan with onion, bacon etc. (keep the pasta water)
remove from the heat and pour the eggs and cheese etc. into the pan. stir through. heat from pasta will cook the egg.
if it gets a bit like scrambled egg add a bit of pasta water to make it glossy.
serve on hot plates (quite important)

heat milk in pan until bored
Add flour to make a milky lumpy mess
Add cheese in hopes it will form a sauce
be glad noone is here to see the yellowy lumpy gruel
add bacon since everything is better with bacon
add pasta
eat without looking at it
