You've got to roast something - clearlyPerhaps a big lump of beef. Seal it in a pan and meanwhile throw onto a baking tray some winter vegetables mixed with garlic, good quality olive oil, and seasoning.
Lay the slab of sealed beef on top, and erm, ovenify until... ready.
