I have a feeling this will be a controversial choice,but there was an utterly brilliant nu-metal/hiphop collaboration album years ago. Can't choose a favourite between:
Incubus & Big Pun - Still not a player
Static X & Dead Prez - Hip Hop

I don't know the version you're on about herebut the original of that Dead Prez track is fucking IMMENSE. The bassline is incredible.

Just looked it up on youtubeThe video's rather in yer face and so's the music. Hardcore. That bassline does make it. Bit much for me right now though.
