I stopped medication about three years ago
and I don't miss it one bit. I'm not gonna eat less meat though.

I bought a shed load of lovely meat last night
Lamb steaks (2 packs), fillet steak, 4 pork chops , rolled lamb shoulder, smoked fish selection, beef links, sage'n'onion stuffed chicken and some excellent roast loin of pork that i had on a roll, this very morning.

I will be shitting like a lion for the next few days.

I hate to say it
But my mood-improvement has coincided with a much greater red meat intake.
I wonder if there's a causal link? Damn. Being depression-free is gonna be expensive...

I felt better for cutting out meat
Then 18 months later I felt better again for going back to meat.

More energy, both times.
