Not as far as your brain, obviously. But sometimes I find shoving a cotton bud with some Vaseline up there makes it loosen a bit.

This is an amazing plan with only two minor drawbacks
1. I don't have any cotton buds
2. I don't have any Vaseline

I will try this out tonight when I am home though if I'm still all stuffy - thank you.

I think I'm going to try and buy some Vicks at lunch time so I stop sounding like a mole in a crisp packet.
