this I cannot do, if I'm sleeping at a friends house I have to have a few drinks in me or I'll never sleepI sometimes can't sleep if the housemates have people over. I hate it.

Having spent most of my late twenties and early thirties awake I now find I have no trouble sleeping.(

I can't function if I don't have sleep.This side three years ago I was out every night drunk until 3 or 4 in the morning and up by 7.
Now I'd better get 7 hours at least or it's all tits up.
