Read this:every place I have worked, the engineers split in to two types. Hard working loyal employees who never say boo to a goose. These people are paid peanuts, and respected by nobody. Hard working emplyees who take opportunities, gain experience in other companies, and are paid shed loads. They get on because the bosses believe these people are go getters.
